Accused Terrorist Filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Posted on July 12th, 2011
Abu Khalid Abdul-Latif, also known as Joseph Anthony Davis, stands accused of being the master-mind behind the, thankfully, unsuccessful terrorist attack on a Seattle, Washington, U.S. Army recruiting station.
According to Susan Kelleher and Steve Miletich, reporting for www.seattletimes.nwsource.com, the self-professed radical Muslim “was so broke that he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy last month, reporting $1 in his checking account. His major asset: a 17-year-old Honda with 162,000 miles”. He supposedly could not pay his bills, which included thousands of dollars in medical bills for five emergency trips to the doctor.
Abdul-Latif, who lived in an $800-a-month apartment, owned Fresh N Clean Janitorial Service, and was allegedly shopping for weapons while evading his creditors and seeking new clients for his business.
